Case Study on Weight Management

Hi there! This is a small hypothetical research project I did back in Secondary 3 as part of my Biology Lessons. I hope that this would be helpful in understanding what weight management is and the various methods used to achieve it. The whole paper involves a case study of a middle-aged woman named Mary with a BMI of 32 and the various options available for her weight management.
